  • Support HR Team in all administrative tasks
  • Contact with the Swiss Authorities (permit, social security, pension plan etc.)
  • General office administration
  • Process documentation
  • Support the salary runs
  • Support in event organization
  • Contract management and support for all our external employees (issuing employment contract, updating our systems, finding accommodation etc.)
Your profile
  • Completed commercial or other professional education
  • 2-5 years experience in an administrative or HR Assistant position
  • Good User knowledge in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook), knowledge in Abacus an advantage
  • Highly motivated professional & team player
  • Used to a fast paced environment, excellent multi-tasking capabilities
  • Passionate about service delivery and People
  • Previous customer service experience a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in both English and German, French is a plus
