HR Specialist Europe (m/f/d)

• Support the HR Business Partner with day-to-day HR operations for our retail business across Europe.
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding administration and communicate with new employees throughout the onboarding process.
• Collect and prepare payroll-relevant information to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems (HROne) and manage digital personnel files.
• Process employee lifecycle changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employees regarding onboarding and employment contract-related questions.
• Ensure all HR processes are handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

• First professional experience in Human Resources.
• Basic knowledge of German employment law; knowledge of other European employment legislation is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
