• Defining compensation standards, including methodological and systematic guidelines for job grading, and facilitating remuneration benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation across the organization
• Supporting the design and transformation of the HR operating model to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the HR function
• Driving compensation related projects and processes such as Implementation of the EU pay transparency directive requirements in the European subsidiaries of the ERGO Group or of SAP SuccessFactors as a global solution for all ERGO Group entities globally
• Accompanying, leading, and managing projects
• Overseeing and providing input on HR issues during the implementation of M&A project

• Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing compensation strategies in a large global corporate group.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing compensation solutions, data and market trends, with experience in HR software, including SAP Success Factors
• Experience in building or further developing a global job architecture
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, adapting compensation strategies to diverse cultural contexts while adhering to established guidelines.
• Experience in project management, leading initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and global HR governance standards
• Fluent written German and English skills
