HR Assistant 50% FTE (m/f/x)

Starting in fall, we are looking for an HR Assistant in part-time at 50% FTE.

• Handle recruitment process, including applicant management and improving procedures
• Maintain personnel files and manage full-cycle staff administration for a defined group of employees
• Prepare monthly payroll changes in cooperation with Accounting
• Monitor critical deadlines including work permits and police checks

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven HR experience in a comparable organization in the relevant areas, especially in Recruitment
• Solid knowledge of German Labour Law
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
